Trifecta Fundraiser Event - Be the Change

This large-scale fundraising event has been created to foster community, invest in God's kingdom, and present another opportunity to have a good time!  

Majority proceeds will go directly to our CCS Film Club, CCS Art Club, and Project Mañana Program.

When: Saturday, October 28, 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 

What: Again, there will be two primary portions of the event: games (human pac-man, family feud and archery tag) and community time:

Who: During the community time, there will be a junior high, senior high, and adult category for the games.  However, anyone can come to watch the games and hang out during our community time. We encourage inviting students from other schools to attend this event.

How Much:

  • $25 Admission (Admission price includes: event participation, dinner and fire pit snacks {hot apple cider and s'mores})
  • $35 "early bird special" until October 4th (includes t-shirt)
  • $40 for t-shirt and ticket online after October 4th
  • $10 wristbands for dinner and fire pit snacks only may be purchased separately for attendees that do not wish to participate in events
  • Tickets will be sold for $25 at door
  • T-shirts will be sold for $18 at door

Event Agenda

The following events take place at the senior high campus and are open to all students:

  • 4:00 - 4:30 p.m.: Check-in
  • 4:30 p.m.:  All teams must be present (with all team members)
  • 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.:  Game Time
  • 7:00-10:00 p.m.:  Dinner/Community Time

Quick Registration Information

Step 1:  Please make sure you fill out the Google doc, so we can see who is on your team and get a head count on who is planning on coming. 

Step 2:  Submit payment. You can do this a few ways: 

  • You can pay at the front anytime before October 20. Submit your $25 in an envelope (Marked with name and team name).
  • You can purchase a ticket online.
  • You can bring cash to the event at 4:00 p.m. on October 28.

Individual Registration: If you'd like to sign up as an individual, fill out the google document through the link above OR sign the sheet listed by the athletic office in the gym. 

That's it! Once you've registered, we'll list your team or individual name in the gym so you can see who you'll be competing against!
