This Spring, Cincinnati Christian Schools is presenting The Wizard of Oz, the timeless tale of Dorothy Gale’s quest to rediscover the importance of home, family, and friends. Lost in a land of munchkins, jitterbugs, and poppies, Dorothy finds herself among a trio of humble companions. A Scarecrow in search of a brain, a Tin Man in search of a heart, and a Cowardly Lion in search of some nerve become an unlikely set of new friends for the Kansas farm girl. The four follow the yellow brick road to find personal redemption through a mysterious and renowned wizard in the land of Oz.

We welcome you to a night of wonder, whimsy, and wizardry. With more than 60 students, the cast of The Wizard of Oz is sure to impress with their vocal talent, dancing, and intricate personalities. The beloved characters truly come to life in this stage adaptation of the 1930s flick. The memorable songs and well-known catchphrases are a delight for all ages, whether it’s your first time seeing this story or a walk down memory lane as you reflect on a childhood filled with lions, tigers, and bears!
