Greetings, CCS Family!

The faculty and staff of Cincinnati Christian Schools are excited to kick off another outstanding school year. We know that the Lord will be at work both in and out of our classrooms, blessing our students as they grow closer to Him.

We have a variety of forms and other documents that will help everyone prepare for their return to school. Some forms need to be completed and returned to your student’s campus. Other items are just for your information and reference.

Please download and print the appropriate forms.  Please complete and return the forms to the appropriate campus. You may also scan and email your completed forms to: forms@cincinnatichristian.org.

If you are not able to print the forms, you may pick up copies at the main office of either campus during the listed summer hours, or contact the office and we would be happy to mail the forms to you.

Back to School Night

We are so excited to have our Back to School Night this year! It will be held at Tri-County Assembly of God (TCA) on August 10 from 6:00—8:00 p.m. We will participate in worship, visit informational booths, and enjoy some food. After this time of fellowship, elementary parents and students can head to the Elementary Campus to visit their classrooms, meet their teachers, and drop off supplies. The JH/SH teachers will remain in various locations outside of the TCA sanctuary for parents and students to meet and greet. This format may be different, but we are eager to gather with our entire school community as a body of believers and start our school year off with prayer and worship. We will see you there!

Forms


JH/SH Locker Assignments

All JH/SH students can receive their locker assignment and lock for the 2021 – 2022 school year before school starts. Visit the Junior/Senior High Campus office from August 2-6 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Please note that these are the only dates available to receive your locker assignment early. If you cannot come on any of the dates listed above, you can contact the front office (513-892-8500) to receive your locker assignment. Otherwise, you will be given a locker assignment, along with your lock, on the first day of classes, Thursday, August 12th.  

As is tradition, all seniors will be able to pick the locker of their choice within the designated senior locker area. See Ms. Starr in the front office to do this.

Once your child has their locker assignment, their supplies can be brought in before the first day of school and stored in their locker.
