  • Do you have hot lunches at both campuses?

    We offer hot lunches at both the Elementary and JH/SH Campuses.

  • Is there bus service?

    We offer a shuttle service between our campuses. You can choose to drop off your child(ren) at the campus most convenient to your family and they will be shuttled to their campus. You also have the option of having them shuttled in the afternoon as well for pick-up. There is a charge for this service. We do not offer transportation from the home to and from school. Parents are responsible for contacting their local school district to see if transportation is provided.

  • What are your school hours?

    Our JH/SH Campus hours are 8:00 p.m.–2:55 p.m. and our Elementary Campus hours are 8:15 a.m.–3:15 p.m.

  • Is there After School Care Available?

    We offer after school care for grades K–12. There is a charge for this service.

  • Does CCS offer financial aid?

    We offer three forms of financial assistance: Direct Financial Aid, Work Program, and the Scholarship Program. These programs are designed to help defray tuition costs. Families interested in these programs are required to complete a financial aid application.

  • Will my child have chapel each week?

    Both campuses have chapel each week, which emphasizes living out the Christian faith in the world today.

  • Do classes go on field trips?

    The students are provided with a variety of enrichment activities. Field trips are an integral part of this enrichment activity program.

  • Is there a dress code?

    Christians should strive for modesty and good taste and thus a dress code has been established regarding appropriate dress at school.

  • Is a sports program available?

    Cincinnati Premier Youth Basketball League is a program which promotes skill development for students in 3rd-6th grades. Greater Cincinnati Catholic Youth Sports (GCCYS) is the volleyball league for students in grades 3–6. Interscholastic Athletic Activities are available for grade 7–12. We are a member of the OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) and the Miami Valley Conference (MVC). This conference is made up of local Cincinnati Schools that are also OHSAA members.

  • Are there service opportunities for my student?

    Our students are outwardly focused through service projects and mission trips that we offer through the school.

  • Can I volunteer at the school?

    There are many opportunities to volunteer at both of our campuses. We feel this is a great way for a parent to be a part of our school and partner in their child’s education.
