Application Process

Any and all individuals seeking candidacy for employment with Cincinnati Christian Schools, whether it is for teaching, coaching, or as an administrative assistant, must first complete a General Employment Application. This form provides us with a broad array of information including your contact information, education, experience, spiritual background, criminal history, and more. Two other forms are to be completed by others: a Staff Employment Referral Pastoral Reference Form and a Professional Evaluation and are found below.

Background Check 

Employees will be required by Cincinnati Christian Schools (CCS) to submit to FBI/BCI background checks in compliance with the requirement of the Ohio Department of Education.  This requirement is that all employees will need to have a FBI/BCI background check done every 5 years. Employees who are discovered to have been convicted of crimes that, in the judgment of the school, are detrimental to the successful accomplishment of CCS’s objectives may be terminated.
