Campus tours are available anytime! Please call Mrs. Kim Humphries at 874-8500 to schedule a tour of our elementary. Call Mrs. Lisa Coombs at 892-8500 to schedule a tour of the junior high/high school campus. Admissions packets can be mailed to you, picked up or you can download the application and required forms by looking at the right side column under Enrollment Forms.
Shadow Day Information for 2010-2011:
Students (entering grades 7 through 12) are invited to shadow a CCS student! Our scheduled shadow days are: 11/2; 12/1; 1/5; 1/19; 2/9; 2/23; 3/9; 3/23; 4/6; 5/4 and 5/18. Please call Mrs. Lisa Coombs at 892-8500 to schedule. We will pair your student with a CCS student who has similar academic/extra-curricular interests. You may choose to have your student shadow for a half day, 8:00 to 11:00, or full day, 8:00 to 2:55. Shadow days are an excellent way for your student to see what it would be like to be a part of the CCS family.
Parents of Elementary students are invited to observe one half hour of classes on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month for grades Preschool through grade two. Parents and students entering grades three through six are welcome to observe one half hour of class time. Please call Mrs. Kim Humphries at the Elementary Campus, 874-8500 to schedule a date. Parents are invited for coffee with the Principal the morning of their student’s visit.
Application Checklist:
*Pastoral Reference may be mailed to us by your church. All of the items on the checklist must be turned in to the Office of Admissions before the application can be processed. You may mail it to us or drop it off at either campus. Office hours during the summer are 9:00 – 3:00 at both campuses. Office hours during the school year are 7:30am to 4:00pm for the Elementary campus, and 7:00am to 3:30pm for the Junior/Senior High Campus.
