Admissions

• Junior High and High School students are invited to shadow a current CCS student for a half or whole day on the following dates:
                        April 24
                        May 8 and 22.  

Call Mrs. Lisa Coombs, 513.892.8500 to schedule an appointment. Parents are invited to have coffee with the Principal and Superintendent the morning of your visit.  

•  You are invited to observe the elementary classes on the following mornings:
                       April 16 
                       May 14

Application Checklist
o Application completed and signed
o Application Fee - $205.00 per student
o Copy of student’s birth certificate
o Completed Records Request Form (Grades 1-12)
o Copy of last year’s report card
o Copy of most recent report card
o Copy of latest standardized test scores
o Pastor Reference completed, given to Pastor
(one per family)*

   *Pastoral Reference may be mailed to us by your church.

All of the items on the checklist must be turned in to the Office of Admissions, 7474 Morris Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45011.  You may mail it to us or drop it off at either campus; office hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm at the Elementary campus, 7:00am to 3:30pm at the Junior/Senior High Campus.
