Public Relations Department: Administrative Assistant
The Cincinnati Christian Schools Public Relations Department is currently seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time, 20 hour per week position and would require availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Exact hours of work are negotiable.
Candidates will possess the following traits:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-A team-first attitude
-Excellent time management and organization skills
-Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at the same time
-Initiative
-Dependability
-Flexibility
-Creativity
In addition to these traits candidates should have the ability to demonstrate competency in the following areas:
-Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Publisher
-Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
-Computer usage, preferably calendar and/or event management software
-Excellent writing skills
-Event planning and support
-Website content management
*A writing sample may be requested as part of the interviewing process.
